We're dreaming of a grilled Christmas menu this year, and while you'll be glad to know we've held off on grilling the turkey, we've pulled together a festive feast for the history books. Steak on Christmas Day, anyone?

Look, we're not really supposed to tell you what's on our Christmas Day menu because our boss said it's 'not finalised yet' and we 'don't want anyone getting the wrong idea', but if you don't tell, then we won't. Right?

We'll just give you a few little clues...

Christmas Day cocktails – a recipe for success

Let's start with the drinks. Like usual, we'll have all your favourite beers, wines and spirits... But we might also have a few festive cocktails in store! Think: Christmas twists on your favourite drinks. And then imagine that they're like one hundred times tastier.

Start Christmas dinner right

Like we said, these will put Nan's prawn cocktail to shame. Festive twists on our fabulous favourites, with plenty of sauce for dipping and dripping. Sounds like the perfect way to start the party on Christmas Day, if you ask us. We're thinking cheesy, we're thinking classic flavours with a Christmas theme, we're thinking it's going to be the best part of the day, to be honest.

The main event: Christmas dinner

If you still want a traditional Christmas dinner with roasted turkey, don't worry. We've got it. Butttt we might also have some special treats in the works! One of them might start with s... And end in 'teak'... And might even come with pigs-in-blankets... But we're not saying anything! Okay, maybe we are. And maybe we'll also have some salmon on our Christmas menu. Whoops! (Don't tell the boss.) (Or Santa.)

Round it all off with desserts

What better way to end a lovely Christmas dinner than with a Christmas dessert? Ours are going to be really, really tempting, too. We're planning chocolate, gingerbread, more chocolate and (obviously) a traditional Christmas pudding. Because it's basically illegal to not have the Christmas pudding from our Christmas menu after Christmas dinner on Christmas Day. Duh.
