Festive and Christmas - Early Booking Incentive
To be eligible to receive a £10 voucher, you must make an online booking for one of our festive menus for a minimum party of four guests by 31st October 2025. The online booking must be made and the deposit paid in full by 31st October 2025. This offer applies only to Festive Feast and Christmas Day bookings; Breakfast with Santa is excluded.
£10 gift vouchers are valid from 2nd January - 31st March 2026, excluding Valentine's Day 14th February 2026 and Mother's Day weekend 14th and 15th March 2026. Only one gift voucher will be accepted per transaction. No cash alternative. The voucher may only be used in a single transaction and no change will be given. At least £5 of the total voucher value must be spent on food, including at least one main meal, which can include breakfast and sharers. Voucher cannot be used against the balance of the festive booking. Voucher cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discount vouchers or Greene King employee vouchers, including friend & family vouchers – but can be used against promotion (e.g. daily deals or set menus). Greene King reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Gift vouchers are not available to Greene King employees or those under 18 years old. Our Christmas Day menus are only available on 25th December 2026. No festive booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Please speak to a member of the team at your chosen venue regarding maximum number of guests. Christmas Day bookings require a deposit of £10 per adult and £5 per child attending. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, as any meals not taken on the day may be charged, unless 7 days’ notice is given. If you would like to cancel your Christmas Day booking, please give us 7 days’ notice, so we have a chance to re-book your table, then you will get 100% refund, whether that is for the whole party or a just a drop in numbers. Christmas Day pre-orders should be received no later than 11th December 2026 or within 48 hours (and no later than 18th December 2026) if booking after this date. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked.

Pre-orders are really important during our busiest time of year, Christmas takes so much planning so please get your group’s pre-orders in on time. Festive Feast pre-orders should be received no later than 7 days prior to your booking. If your booking is less than 7 days away, your menu choices will be required within 48 hours of booking and at least 2 days prior to dining. You’ll be sent all the information on how to make your pre-order once you’ve booked. Please don’t forget the allergens and dietary needs section, if we know all of this in advance then it’s all smooth sailing. Finally, if you can bring your booking confirmation and any pre-order details with you, that would be great. We know it’s easy to forget what you’ve ordered so it would be a massive help if one person in the group took control.
